In one sentence
Bravo Nota does not collect, store, or transmit any user data. The app contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking code.
What we don't do
- No data collection. We do not collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers, or telemetry of any kind.
- No analytics SDKs. The app contains no Firebase, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or comparable third-party reporting code.
- No advertising. No ad networks, no ad SDKs, no IDFA usage.
- No account. The app does not require — and does not offer — an account, login, or email signup.
- No data sharing with third parties. Because no data is collected, none can be shared.
How audio is handled
- Microphone audio (Tuner, Live Recording). Captured into app memory for real-time analysis. It is never written to disk and never transmitted off the device.
- Imported audio files (Transcribe). Files imported via the Share Sheet or File Picker are decoded into app memory, processed by the on-device chord-recognition model, and discarded when you leave the screen. We do not retain a copy.
- Chord results. Stored locally on your device, in app-private storage. Removing the app removes them.
Permissions we request
- Microphone — only when you open the Tuner or hit Record on the Transcribe screen. You can revoke it from iOS Settings at any time.
- Files — only when you tap "File" to import an audio file. iOS handles the picker; we receive only the single file you select.
Children
Bravo Nota is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data, we collect no data from children under 13 either.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app introduces an opt-in feature that requires data — we will update this page and note it in the app's release notes before the change takes effect. The current version of this policy applies to the version of the app currently on the App Store.
